Hello:) , We are raising money together to provide long-term, sustainable ways to improve cleft care both in the UK and overseas.
I am taking part in this fundraising event to raise money for a charity which I feel really supports the cleft community at home and abroad. Its aim is to take a multidisciplinary approach to supporting the introduction & development of overseas local multidisciplinary cleft teams in middle and low income countries to provide support for cleft patients where it is desperately required. The money donated also supports cleft related research of benefit to the whole cleft community.

In September, I am running a Half Marathon in support of CLEFT, a charity focusing on sustainable ways to improve cleft care both in the UK and overseas. Any donations to help me reach my target and encourage my training are appreciated!
Shon, a surgeon and Trustee at CLEFT, along with her partner Dan, is cycling 100 miles from London to Essex to raise funds for global cleft care. Join them on this journey and support their cause!
Join us in raising funds for the CLEFT: Bridging the Gap! CLEFT has 2 great aims: to support sustainable and multidisciplinary cleft care in lower and middle income countries (surgery is important but only part of the journey), and to support research into the causes and provision of cleft care in the UK.
